Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Koru Psychology & Wellbeing has a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. This means that you need to give at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or change your appointment. This allows enough time for your appointment to be offered to other clients waiting.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice and it is not an emergency, then a full session fee will be charged if the appointment is unable to be filled. Please be aware that Medicare and Private health insurers do not provide rebates for cancelled or unattended appointments.
